The ETSEO, or 13-week ultrasound, is a study and started in September 2021. You can participate in this study and then it will be checked at an early stage whether serious physical abnormalities can be found.

This ultrasound can be performed between 12+3 and 14+3 weeks of pregnancy, but is best performed between 13+3 and 14+3. Use the date calculator to see when you can schedule the ultrasound.

This ultrasound is only reimbursed after explicit counseling by your midwife and signing the form of participation.
